Returns and Exchange

Returns will be only accepted within 15 days of your purchase in its original condition (cannot be altered in any way brushing, finger combed, cut or washed) Tags must be attached and the original packaging must be intact with a valid receipt. For individual extensions, none of the strands must be pulled out in any way. Purchases made by credit cards will be refunded to the original card. All refunds will be subject to 15 % service charge and Re-shipping charge. There is no service charge for exchanges. We will ship the exchanged item(s) using the same shipping method as the original order unless instructed otherwise. Re-shipping charge will apply. Electric styling equipment with the manufacturer warranty can be replaced for the same item within 30 days of the purchase with a valid receipt. It will not be replaced if the equipment has been dropped or abused.

Re-shipping charge will apply and the shipping charges are non-refundable. If an order of $100 or more with free UPS-Ground shipping is returned, a flat shipping fee of $10.00 + return charge of $8.00, $18.00 in total will be deducted before refund is issued.

Non Refundable Item

Items that are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged are wigs, top pieces, clip-ons, ponytails, synthetic, hair products, styling equipment, tapes, glues, accessories, discontinued clearance and sale item(s).

How can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please call our store within 1 hour after placing your order before 2pm PST. If you have placed your order during off hours, please call us as soon as we open (9:30 a.m. PST/ except Saturday and Sunday).

Sorry, once the order is shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Shipping hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. PST

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Shipping Cancellations, Refusals

For any shipments returned to us due to bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation, there will be an additional shipping and handling charge of 25% of your order total (50% on international orders).

International Shipping Policy

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional charges that may be charged by customs for any International deliveries. International Shipping is non-refundable and shipping charges will apply.
